    I don’t think it’s legal in Portugal, I think they just scrapped the fines and punishment. You get a few warnings, and then mandatory rehab. Great system though….

    while i am all for legalization of all drugs that doesnt mean i would personally try some of them, heroin being one of those. there is no reason to take heroin, the bad FAR outweighs any possiible good that could come of it.

    @RATH3RUNIQUE Maybe you have to look at why the person is deciding to take that drug in the first place! Just because you didnt have the same problem doesnt mean its straightforward. They need the money to buy a highly addictive drug which through governments and what not has become over priced and illegal…meanind the risks and price all go up for aslong as the black market wants. …many different things lead to heroin addiction…trust me i should know!

    @RATH3RUNIQUE Maybe yu should try reading it again…I said it is now LEGAL in Portugal…all drugs were decriminalised there. And since they introduced this drug use in Portugal has slowly started declining!

    and that is why i dont want those people anywhere near me. if that makes me “fake” or “self righteous” then so be it.

    EVERYONE in this day and age KNOWS how dangerous and addictive heroin/crack/meth/etc is. if you still choose to take these drugs DESPITE the danger, than YOU are responsible for the outcome and it is YOUR FAULT.

    oh, and plz grow up

    you need to chill the fuck out and stop wit the emotional outbursts dude. that sort of shit makes YOU look self-righteous (not to mention immature). it is a FACT that someone who is addicted to crack or heroin is willing to do just about ANYTHING necessary to get money for their fix.
    it is also a FACT that there are many documented cases of assaults and murders that take place because an addict was trying to rob someone so he could have money for his fix.
