huh did they change the name to Agilo? It was Agito?

  3. UkConnor on December 16th, 2009 9:16 am

I think that 13 comes first, then 13 Versus, and maybe 13 Agilo, but I’m not sure. I know that they all take place in the same universe, though.

Yeah I get XIV, but does that mean that, in theory, XIII, Versus XIII, XIII Agilo happen at the same time as XIII takes place?

  5. UkConnor on December 16th, 2009 9:16 am

No, 13 is an actual Final Fantasy game. 14 will be an online game, just like 11 was. 13 will also have two side-story games; Final Fantasy 13 Versus and it looks like Final Fantasy 13 Agilo.

yes i did, i know all about those abilities. Gaus thing was pretty awesome considering he could pull of very very powerful moves at lower levels, celes’s ruin was unnecesary and was a shit thing to be built in. I did like sabins input thing though.

But honestly most of the time, even with those gimics, all the game wants you to do is spam the attack button. Its depressing. It reminds me of XII, nothing like X with the long list of spells you could learn through sphere grid.

“Even far into the game they were barely tactical at all, you just have to unleash all you got before you die.”
Did you really play through FF6? The characters all had unique skills that allow a unique set of tactics such as Celes’s runic to absorb magic or Edgar’s tools or Gau’s huge variety of monster skills or Gogo’s mimic and customization. Some bosses even encourage the use of unique skills. FF6 gameplay isn’t much different than most other FFs except maybe the newer ones (11, 12, 13).

It was a good game, but yeah, it’s overrated. It was incredibly during the World of Balance segment of the game, but in the World of Ruin, there was an extremely sharp decline in the game’s quality that made a would-be incredible game a dull and lifeless one.

I played final fantasy VI, now i can officialy say that it sucked. The story was really good and i really liked the characters, i actually gave a shit about what happened to them. But the actual gameplay was SO BORING! Even far into the game they were barely tactical at all, you just have to unleash all you got before you die. The mountains made it very hard to know where to go, since the map didnt shwo mountains, it was no help at all.

    Yeah :D +1

@NikoSlave FFVIII was great. I found the characters and world to be very likable and the card game was amazingly addicting. The ending drove me nuts. I sat through the entire credits depressed at the fate of Squall and was made very happy by the last few seconds of video.

  21. NikoSlave on December 16th, 2009 9:16 am

    I Lov FF4- FFTactics-FFTacticsAdvance-FFTacticsAdvance2 Y FFVIII ♥

  22. NikoSlave on December 16th, 2009 9:16 am

    I really ♥ FFVIII

  23. duskvstweak on December 16th, 2009 9:16 am

FFVI was most definitely my favorite. It’s the only one I generally love replaying. I love the characters and stories they have and the soundtrack is amazing.
I’m also one of those weird people who really likes FFVIII (and Squall as a character).
Really, I love the games between VI and X. The ones that came before are interesting, but I haven’t played them to completion (outside of I in the Origins pack). I think I just got in too late to enjoy IV and I’ve yet to play XII.

  24. MagnusRulerHardt on December 16th, 2009 9:16 am

    So… many… titles.

  25. 3xpletive on December 16th, 2009 9:16 am

FF6 was the best. The characters are unique and tragic, very tragic. There were also a lot of character developments which made the characters seem human. Kefka is a superior villain compared to other FF villains, Kefka actually does some REALLY HORRIBLE things such as genocide among other atrocities. The story was wonderful, it was funny, it was tragic, and it wasn’t focused only on the main characters but among many characters. Aerith’s theme came from FF6 nuff’ said about music.
