instead of buying a external hard drive, just use your ipod or old ipod, it can be used as a great external hd. Also instead of buying a smart phone and ipod, just buy the iphone.

A printer is a good thing to bring with you but I wouldn’t put it in the top 5 because a majority of college’s have free printing.

im a pc gamer in college, so is there a half decent gaming laptop (eg play crysis/gta4 at half decent settings). for £500-£800 ($1000-$1600)

haha..I agree. My next choice would of course be between the 360 and/or ps3. The Wii is of course great for meeting new people and helps a lot of freshmen make friends.

Damn you man, I was set to leave you a good ole comment then you had to pull out the wii, but I agree. Wii’s are good when it comes to getting people together.. but surely arent for the everyday gamers.

Great video! Although I would take PS3 over 360 or Wii any day (360 would be my second choice.)

i would have said Flash Drive over portable HD, and use the portable HD for backing up your mac. the wii is a chick magnet.

overall i have to say your list was pretty right on.
