    It doesn’t move at all really. When I swing 10-20 times with it, I then swing without it, my feet feel locked to the ground. Really a great concept even though it is so simple.

    Do you feel pressure feedback in your feet?

    Doesn’t seem visual; I don’t see the rod moving much when you swing.
