   it’s doesn’t matter it gets tiled either way but how would you know your to busy doing acid

   hell, it will probably be tomorrow before you are done taping that little bathroom at this rate. never heard of a 9 inch knife – must have had it custom made huh?

   yeah i’m going to correct you, it’s a shower resistant sheetrock board, he is taping it with quick-set which gets real hard in the amount of time it says on the bag could be 5 minutes or up to 90 minutes, then the tile guy comes and puts in the tiles over what he just did, next time dont talk threw your ass if you never done this type of work

   he is using the correct drywall for a shower… the semi gloss paint will seal it … from mouisture

    Isn’t that the moisture-resistant blueboard that they use in the USA or is the lighting making it look that way ? We have green and blue board in Canada for this application.
    Kudos for using paper tape !!

    Correct me if i am wrong ,but is that a shower this loser is taping out with mud and is that drywall going to be used behind any kinda materiel for a shower (MOLD) please someone stop this guy before lunch time so we dont have to pay him a full day ,,,he be sent home before 9 am if he showed up to work for me by the way nice hat did it cme free with the new mud pan?

    This helped me out a lot. I have NEVER mudded drywall and was just doing it to get my bathroom done faster. You definitely know how to teach through words and example!

    ok, use mesh for connecting walls! Tape is for corners, hence why it has a crease so you can fold it at a 90 degree angle or whatever angle you need. Mesh is not only stronger, but it also wont crack when your wall moves over the years.

    this way is retarded, just get the screen tape for connections like this one, only use the tape hes using for 90 degree angles, screen tape has one glued side so you can put it on before the first initial coat, also the screen allows for mud to pass through.
