Eagles members giving short speeches during their Hall of Fame Induction. Many people have not seen this so I thought I would put it up. Quality is great considering it is a recording from my old VHS tape made back in 98′. You gotta love Joe Walsh in his Brick Pattern Tux! LMAO. Make Sure you press the HQ (High Quality) button… A classic and rare video that is most likely the only time all 7 of these guys will ever share the same stage together. … “Hall of Fame” “Don Felder” “Joe Walsh …

I’m too i think don Felder, Bernie Leadon and Randy Measner should form their own band.
And yes i would be realy intersting to see what they could come up with on their own
They can make new sounds with what this Band lost and so all wold be completed.
The New eagles is realy aewsome but they win something and lose something but they are still realy aewsome even without Felder but Felder is more aewesome than the entire Eagles Band with new formation.

“I am proud that i lived long enough to be Indicted…I also wanna thank those on the Grand Jury who voted for me.” Classic! (as you can tell Glen didn’t get the joke)

Shortly after this induction, they kicked Don Felder out of the band. Sad.

I hope they just get inducted. The RRHOF has screwed KISS over so many times.

Watch Leadon and Meisner as Henley speaks. Their expressions say a lot

No matter what jackasses they were, the music speaks for itself. They filled a niche that every single member helped to attain. Thank you

…there’s no denying who the two leaders are…….the two who have the longest speeches…..

  9. Rightsideup on November 15th, 2009 9:11 am

Damn Meisner doesn’t even resemble his old self at all.

What real class Timothy B Schmidt has. What humbleness on display. Other “stars” could learn a lesson in class from him. Giving the props to his predecessor, Randy Meissner. Meissner, as probably most of you know, was the first bass player and an original member of the Eagles. I like Timothy. No arrogance, just keeping it real and giving credit where it’s due. I think he’s still, after all these years, thrilled to realize he’s a part of this supergroup.

This is what KISS should do. They should have ALL the members on the stage for their nomination.

I would just like to say that I am honored to be able to post this comment this note here tonight… it’s been a real pleasure …
Honestly, this must have been one of the most boring induction speeches ever made. The music was great, until Leadon left the band… and yes, the rest is history.

I think don felder, bernie leadon and randy misner should start a band

Granted that’s true, especially Henley; every interview, article, or book I’ve seen with or about him makes him seem like an ass. But, you gotta take into account that it is only one perspective, and there is bound to be bias. Also, Henley and Frey were the originals, they are higher up on the totem pole

frey is letting everyone know that he’s the boss…

  22. PEDROCLASSIC on November 15th, 2009 9:11 am

WOW!! THIS is history in the making. thank you.
it’s nice to see seven of them together without at once.
” Just two more songs pal before i kick your ass”

frey on felder during their last days as a band

  23. Hunkola on November 15th, 2009 9:11 am

Go read Don Felder’s book “Heaven and Hell” if you wanna know the sickening details about how greedy and controlling Henley & Frey are in this band………makes you wanna fucking murder those 2 assholes !!!

  24. koolking17 on November 15th, 2009 9:11 am

As a long time Eagles fan I love the love given to Don Felder but saying Joe Walsh is a “stage monkey” is ignorant. Those two guitarist and Frey and Henley’s lyrics are why the went from country rock a billy, to this induction. Personally they should have quit, or shared the wealth. Getting rid of Felder is like the Beatles firing Harrison right before the White Albumn. One of the most stupid, greedful, ignorant, retarded, and shameful moves in rock and roll history.
